The Paradise Island Civic Association (PICA) is a non-profit social organization dedicated to social activities, community improvement and general camaraderie. The $20/year membership donation (per household) entitles the member to discounts on ticketed events and provides funds for community activities and improvements.

OUR MISSION

PICA is a non-profit, voluntary association of residents engaged in working together as friends and neighbors for the betterment of our community.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:

Pinellas County Commissioner Kathleen Peters spoke at last night’s meeting. This Pinellas Recovers is part of the $813 million that Pinellas county got from the feds. There’s a very low number of people applying for this and the first checks went out just before Christmas (this went live earlier in December).

Some of these applications are NOT affected by income. Kathleen said to apply as there is plenty of money in this fund.

If you look at the bottom disaster relief, reimbursement fund that includes people who lived in RVs or rented as long as it’s documented.
